When entering an Agricultural show, it was very difficult to create a masterpiece without residue on the icing as there was nothing available to prevent the icing sticking to the surfaces available to the cake decorator.
At the time, there was no product available to prevent the icing sticking to the surfaces available to the cake decorator.
Researching together with interstate universities and manufacturers, we created a product that not only was food safe, but also met the requirements of the Australian Food Standards.
After 18 months of creating the Non-Stick My Pastry Mate product, we are proud to say that it is Made in Australia and 100% food safe.
